Understanding Your Subscription

Here's everything you need to know about how billing and chat usage work.

Chat Credits

Each message you send to the AI uses one chat credit. Your plan includes a set number of chats per month. Check your remaining credits at the top of your dashboard.

Monthly Billing

Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment. Manage billing from your account settings.

Upgrading Your Plan

Need more chats or sites? Upgrade anytime from your account settings. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the current month.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your site and access remain active until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees or penalties.

Common Billing Questions

Quick answers to the most common subscription questions.

When you've used all your monthly chat credits, you won't be able to send new messages to the AI until your plan renews next month. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately.

No, unused chat credits do not roll over. Your credit count resets on your monthly billing date each month.

Reach out to support@vibeotter.com and we'll review your situation. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and always aim to make things right.

Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be taken offline. You can reactivate your subscription at any time to bring it back.
